my Xbox 360 has two red lights that come on as soon as i turn my xbox on, how can it overheat in 2 seconds?

it was overheating due to poor ventilation….however now it wont even play it goes straight too 2 re lights, is this fixable? im worrie about getting a repair guide to find out that permanent damage has already been done.

Its slightly over heating, but its not the Red Ring Of Death. Just make sure that the area around it is ventilated, and there is nothing crowded. If that doesn’t work, let it cool down for about an hour. This should fix it, but if not you may have to send it in.
